REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the Customer cancels his request for a Labour services atleast 2 hours before the time of
arrival of such Labour, then such customer will be given 100% refund of the Commission Fee
paid by him at the time of confirmation of the Order.
- If the Customer cancels his request for a Partner services before the Partner starts for
reaching the workplace of customer, then such customer will be given 100% refund of the
Commission Fee paid by him at the time of confirmation of the Order.
- If the Customer cancels his request for a Partner services after the Partner starts for
reaching the workplace of customer, then such customer will not be given any refund of the
Commission Fee paid by him at the time of confirmation of the Order.
- If the Labour/Partner fail to arrive at the workplace mentioned at the specified time, then
the Y JUNCTION shall make available the substitutes, if it fails to do so, the Y JUNCTION
shall refund the 100% the Commission Fee paid by the Customer at the time of confirmation of
the Order.
- The refund shall be processed in 6-7 working days from the date of cancellation and the
refund amount shall be credited to the bank account from which such amount was debited.
- In case the customer desires to cancel his request placed on The Y JUNCTION within 2 hours
before the time of arrival of such Labour/Partner, then the Commission paid by him will not
be refunded, it will be forfeited. In such cases the Customer has option to either take the
service or let go the Commission paid by him.
